My goals for the 2007 Canada Winter Games
At the 2007 Canada Games, I want to place in the top ten for the individual overall competition. I want to make top 6 in the 1000m and 500m distances. I also want to get a medal in the team relay.
My personal role model
My personal role model is Michael Gilday. He is a short track speed skater on the National Team and has competed in the fall world cups in 2006. He trains with the Oval Program in Calgary. He is my role model because he never gives up, be it in training or in competition. Besides sport, he is focused in school, and attends classes at the University of Calgary.
