My goals for the 2007 Canada Winter Games
To accept and fill my role on the team, on the ice, off the ice, in the dressing room, and on the bench. I would just like to finish the games, knowing i gave it all i had, and the team accomplished the most we could with the effort given. Also to come out of it with the gold medal.
My personal role model
My mom. Shes gone through so much in her life, and shes been a single parent for 11years. While i was growing up she was going to school to become a nurse, so it showed she could plan her time and stil have time for her 3kid. I want to be someone with as much courage and strenght as she has.
Other information that could be of interest to the media
I am a very atheltic girl with a sense of humor. I play and do many other sports like rugby, soccer, snowboarding, golf, basketball, volleyball, and squash. In the 2006 Female Provincials i was Most Sportsmanlike Player of the Tourney, so i was quite proud of that, and when im not at the arena or with the team, i like going up to the gym to get a light work out in, or hanging out with some freinds.
