My goals for the 2007 Canada Winter Games
As a competing athlete in the Canada Winter Games I am striving to be a major contributor to my team's success, and to develop my skills as an athlete in both competitive and non-competitive environments. I am looking forward to learning more about the culture and people of the Yukon, and to meeting other young athletes from across Canada.
My personal role model
My role model is Saku Koivu. I admire his skills as a hockey player and as a leader of his team. He is a great example of a dedicated athlete as he has overcome many injuries as well as a battle with cancer to return to hockey.
