MY GRANDFATHER PLAYED PROFESSIONAL HOCKEY FROM 1910-1914 HIS NAME WAS EGBERT BARBOUR. HE ALSO WAS A PROFESSIONAL CURLER AND WON THE BRIAR IN 1938 IN SASKATOON, SASK.
- THIS YEAR MY BROTHER TYLER AND I BOTH PLAY JUNIOR A HOCKEY ON THE SAME TEAM WERE CALLED THE WINNIPEG SAINTS.
- WHEN I WAS 13 I TRIED OUT FOR A TRIPLE A BASEBALL TEAM AND MADE IT. I HAD NEVER PLAYED BASEBALL BEFORE. MY TEAM WAS CALLED THE BLACK SOX AND MY COACH WAS SCOTT GRANT.
- WHEN I WAS 10 I WAS AGE ADVANCED TO THE AA SAINTS TEAM. MY COACH WAS CAREY CHARTIER.
MY FIRST 2 YEARS PLAYING FOR THE AAA WARRIORS I WAS THE TEAM CAPTAIN AND WENT TO THE ALL STAR GAME BOTH YEARS.
