My goals for the 2007 Canada Winter Games

I'd like to achieve personal best times in every distance and medal in the 3000m relay. I also hope to finish top 25 overall.

I compete in Road and Mountain Bike racing in the summer. During the school year I run Cross Country (10th out of 160 in Grae 120, and I run Track ( 2 golds at the NBIAA Provincials, 4x100m relay and medley Relay) . I also coach grade 7 girls Badminton and the Younger skaters in the FASSCI Club.
