Mes objectifs pour les Jeux d'hiver du Canada 2007

At the 2007 Canada Winter Games my goals are:
- To demonstrate team spirit for all sports
- To act as a team leader and demonstrate a positive attitude
- To be mentally and physically prepared to fight
- To perform to my best ability

Mon modèle, mon inspiration

I have many personal role models. Pretty much everyone in my family acts as a role model to me in one way or another. However, my personal role model that i have always looked up to would have to be my dad. My dad is one of my coaches and is always there to help me improve and excell at whichever sport i choose. He has helped me progress as a judoka, a wrestler, and a golfer.

I have recently moved up to the higher weight class ( under 63 kgs ) and it has been a very rough season for me. I found it too difficult to cut down because my natural weight sat between 63 and 57. Last year i excelled in 57 kgs. I was supposed to participate in the European Tour during the summer of 2006 however i had to pull out because of a sudden knee injury.
