Some of my recent accomplishments are; I went to the Cross country Provincials for running earlier this season and achieved my best running place ever. This november at our ski teams on snow camp I placed 3rd in the skate race, being seconds behind the 2 front girls. One of the best races of my life.

Mes objectifs pour les Jeux d'hiver du Canada 2007

My goals for the 2007 Canada Winter Games are to stay with the rest of the girls competing in the races. To do better than I did at Nationals last year. To do my best and achieve a personal best.

Mon modèle, mon inspiration

Chandra Crawford is my personal role model. This is because I think it is amazing how she was under estimated at the olympics last year, how she wasnt even considered to get a medal, but suprised everyone and won a gold medal.

My name is Danielle Scanlon. I am very athletic and love to play all sports. Especially Basketball and cross country skiing. My major goal ever since I began skiing has been to attend at least one canada games and hopefully this year will be the year! Also, I am a very good academic student with the highest average in my class.
