My goals for the 2007 Canada Winter Games

my goals are to do whatever it takes to help my team win the gold medal and also enjoy myself at the games and experience different sports being played by people from all over the country.

My personal role model

my roommate in Ottawa Brodie Beard. he displays himself very well on and off the ice and has helped me a lot during my rookie year making me feel comfortable at home and with the team.

i started playing full time defence in my minor midget draft year. up until that year i have been a forward my whole life. my coach saw potential in me as a defenceman and put me back full time. he thought i would get drafted higher as a defenceman than a forward and he was right.
