My goals for the 2007 Canada Winter Games
To win the goal medal and have a great experience with my team.
My personal role model
My assistant coach Sharolyn Wouters who just made team canada for ringette for the second time has been a great role model as well as my assitant coach for basketball Moriah Trowell who played for the Ottawa Gee-Gee's women's basketball team and my assitant coach for my club team who has played on a previous Team Ontario Canada Winter Games team.
Other information that could be of interest to the media
I have played ringette since I was 3 years old. I have 4 brothers and sister who all play a competitive sports(hockey AAA,ringette AA,basketball AA and soccer AA) My parents met while my dad was coaching my mom playing ringette. They are both still both envolved in ringette my dad is my AA coach and mom our trainer. she still is playing ringette her self, and she also went to nationals and provincials for ringette. My younger sister is hoping to follow in my foot steps and play in the 2011 winter games for ringette. She is the a very good ringette player also. I have been very lucky this year to play as much ringette as I do, I am currently playing on three ringette teams and play 5-6 times per week. I love it... I am hoping to go to findland to play ringette and in four years play on the team Canada team which has been a huge dream of mine.I also have been working during the last couple of summers at ringette and hockey camps and enjoy working with the younger kids teaching something I love .
