Other information that could be of interest to the media
Two weeks before national team trials this year my rifle was runover by a team van at a training camp. I had to switch to a whole new rifle setup, which gave me troubles until the first trial races at a Europa cup in Austria when I convinced myself I would be able to perform with the new setup. I ended up having the best shooting performances of my career, helping me qualify for the 2007 World Junior Champs.

This is my second Canada Winter Games, hoping to use the experience gained racing under-aged at the last games to bring home some medals for Alberta.

I am the male athlete-representative for Biathlon Alberta.
