Mes objectifs pour les Jeux d'hiver du Canada 2007
I would like to be an impact player on my team and want to be a part of a winning the gold medal. I want to build character and grow as an athlete through the experience of the CWG and the people I meet along the way.
Mon modèle, mon inspiration
My Uncle Dean because he tries to be the best he can be with what he has and he shows great character, determination and a positive attitude while facing great challenges everyday. He is in a wheelchair (missing arm, leg, pelvis) and is a huge influence in my life. He makes a difference in the world and has strong faith and courage.

My Uncle Dean is on the Sledge Hockey Team in Edmonton and is a huge fan of hockey and sports in general. Before his accident (lost limbs and in a wheelchair) he was an incredible athlete and still loves the spirit of sport. He is at the CWG supporting and encouraging me. Uncle Dean is a volunteer with Hockey Alberta and is working at helping the sport of Sledge Hockey grow. He has played with and against Sledge Hockey Olympians and went to the Salt Lake City Paralympics as a spectator.
I am one of the youngest to play in the Western Women's Hockey League and be on a U18 Hockey Team (age 15). Also, I was the only female to paly in the Alberta Major Bantam AAA hockey league 2005/06 season - one of the few in the nation to accomplish such.
