Mes objectifs pour les Jeux d'hiver du Canada 2007
I believe this is my opportunity to play some of the best Ringette I have ever played. During these games I am hoping for every game to be a personal best for me, building and building to be the best I can be. I want to be able to leave the Yukon being able to say I gave it everything I had and held nothing back!!!
Mon modèle, mon inspiration
In the sport of ringette I would have to say the Gaudet sisters. Jackie is one of the best defence men I have ever seen and having her coach me for a season was amazing. I know I will never forget the tricks she taught me. I love Jen because she always plays with so much passion. She loves this sport so much and won't let anything stop her from playing it. She once told me if you really want to play, you make time!! I think you can apply that to more then just ringette.
In life it would have to be my parents. As corny as that sounds, it's true. My parents have some how managed to bring me up being parents, but at the same time remaining my friends. Not many people can really pull that off. My mom runs a business, a home and still manages to have time to just sit and talk. My dad is the funniest person I know. He's always up for a game of something and you know when one of your friends says to you, "Your dad = so cool" it has to be somewhat true. To most people all of what I have said about my parents will sound like total balonie and they won't understand, but to me my parents are the world and if I grow to be like them, I think I will be doing pretty good.

I love the sport of Ringette so much. I think it is what keeps me sane. After working through two concussions last season and never thinking I played to the best of my ability, I wasn't expecting to be selected to try out for Team Ontario. When I received the invitation I was shocked and got training right away. I never really expected to make the team, I was just happy to be there, so to be selected was HUGE!!! I didn't truly understand how big the Canada Winter Games are, but to realize that I am going to the Yukon to play the sport I love, I think I might be starting to understand. This is something I am NEVER EVER going to forget!!
