My goals for the 2007 Canada Winter Games
My goals are:
- Participate to the best of my ability for my team.
- Represent Ontario well.
- Win the gold Medal.
- Enjoy the experience of going to the Yukon.
My personal role model
I don't have any specific role models. I admire anyone who puts everything they have into something they truly love. The Ringette player that inspires me is Jackie Gaudet. I think she is a great player, and she has a unique technique.
Other information that could be of interest to the media
I began playing ringette in a small town of Port Perry. Not a lot to do in the town I turned to Ringette for my enjoyment. Eventually it folded in my small town, and I started playing for Whitby. I've been asked many times to join girls Hockey, but I could never imagine switching sports, Ringette is my passion.
