- Gold medallist in Bantam Southerns 2005 (most satisfying result, as I was chosen to play lead on a mixed team put together specifically to qualify for this event)

Mes objectifs pour les Jeux d'hiver du Canada 2007
The main goal is to medal, and end the drought for Alberta female curling teams at CWGs. I want to perform at my best, handle any media attention with confidence, soak in the atmosphere, make a lot of new friends from across the country, and bring home special memories of a once-in-a-lifetime event.

My late grandfather, Papa Lou, who went to war, lost an eye, faced many challenges, yet always had a great outlook on life.

At the age of 6, I was introduced to curling at a church social by Pastor Guy Scholz, author of the curling books "Gold On Ice" and "Between the Sheets". I am only one of three remaining kids from that congregation who is still curling competitively. Up until 5 years ago, I was the only member of my family who knew how to curl.
